2Winbet Sportsbook Review

2winbet is a Greek online betting operator which is a part of the Radon B.V. betting family. It is licensed in three countries and is largely focused on the European market with its home Greek market its main area by far. It has a licence in Curacao

The site is available in English, Greek, Turkish and Russian. Customer support however is only available in English and Greek. 2Winbet offers punters sports betting, casino, poker and other games too. Radon B.V. operates other sites focused on various markets such as Betmonsters, Ohmybet and Vbet and you can tell the similarities across the sites in terms of design and layout.

They are not the best funded betting sites and the customer experience loses out because of this. The design of 2winbet for instance is likely to put off some punters who will have become used to a more professional and sleek online betting experience.

2winbet is on Facebook, Youtube and Twitter, but these are Greek only and the Twitter follower count of 106 says it all about how much time and money the bookie invests in these channels. 2winbet has not had any ambassadors of note.

Betting Markets

2winbet is focused on European markets and the sports and markets it offers reflects this.

You can see all of them here: Alpine Skiing, American Football, Aussie Rules, Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Biathlon, Boxing, Chess, CS:GO, Cricket, Cricket, Crossfire, Crosscountry Skiing, Cycling, Darts, Dota2, Floorball, Formula 1, Futsal, Football, Gaelic Football, Golf, Greyhounds, Handball, Heroes of the Storm, Ice Hockey, League of Legends, MMA, Moto GP, Nascar, Overwatch, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker & Pool, Starcraft 2, Sumo, Surfing, Speedway, Tennis, Volleyball and World of Tanks.

2winbet also offers Politics betting.

Live Betting

2winbet offers inplay betting across a number of markets. It does not offer live streaming of events and this, for Bavon as the holding company, makes sense as an investment for its various sites.

The live calendar is a good and handy feature for punters and the option to personalise your live betting viewing is a nice touch as well.

Usability of the site

2winbet allows users great flexibility in terms of sportsbook layout; Classic, Asian, Modern, Eastern and Combo. It does the same for how odds are shown too; Decimal, Fractional, American, HongKong, Malay and Indo. There is a search bar too and a drop down menu to select your language of choice.

The site doesn’t look great; images aren’t well integrated and gives it an amateurish look. 2winbet has a live news stream with sports related stories which is a plus point for the bookie and a worthy investment. This is general interest news too such as transfers in football, and most notably it isn’t just football there’s plenty of basketball, tennis and other sports news too.

Live chat, email (support@2winbet.gr) and phone are the 2winbet customer support options which is the expected three so it delivers on this count.

The FAQs section is okay too but could be expanded. In terms of banking options 2winbet has you covered and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill and more.

2winbet could also do much, much more to let current customers know about its promotions.

Conclusion

In short whilst 2winbet offers some decent market range and some decent features such as the news ticker, frankly it needs to hire a better team of web designers.

The site generally looks bad, it needs an overhaul because simply it doesn’t inspire customer confidence. For football it’s a decent bookmaker, and for esports it’s great as it offers a huge amount of them and splits them up into specific titles. If you’re a Greek who enjoys sports betting, particularly on any esports, it is a decent option, but there are far more superior options out there.
