BetVision Sportsbook Review
BetVision is an online betting operator which offers its clients a range of wagering options from sports to casino.
It is owned by parent company Vision 365 Limited, which is registered in the UK, and as such it’s unsurprising that BetVision has a UK Gambling Commission licence. It is powered by TGP Europe Ltd in the Isle of Man where it also has a licence.
BetVision does not have any ambassadors but it does operate social media channels on Twitter, Facebook and Google+. It may as well not have any however as frankly they are poorly updated and not worthwhile.
BetVision does not appear to be well funded and very little goes into its marketing. It has a licence in both the UK and the Isle of Man however meaning its backers must be at least semi serious about seeing it prosper.
Betting Markets
Customers at Betvision have a range of markets upon which to place a wager. All the sports upon which you can bet with BetVision are lifted in full here: football, horse racing, golf, tennis, American football, Aussie Rules, badminton, bandy, baseball, basketball, boxing, chef, cricket, cycling, darts, Esports, floorball, futsal, handball, ice hockey, MMA, motor racing, rugby league, rugby union, Snooker and Pool, speedway, Surfing, table tennis, volleyball and winter sports.
In addition to all of these sports blistered betvision also offers its customers poker and some specials markets too including novelty and politics. Both the novelty and politics markets are however somewhat limited.
Live Betting
Punters at betvision have the luxury of cash out at Betvision which is surprising given its lack of investment elsewhere. Live betting at BetVision is not the best but it’s far superior to other parts of the site. This is because it focuses on ensuring a customer’s enjoyment and by this we mean the focus is on excitement. It is also easy to scout around different sports in BetVision’s inplay section.
One thing that Betvision’s live betting product is missing is livestreaming. The lack of this means it will never be able to match up to the likes of bet365 William Hill and other tier 1 operators.
Usability of the site
The BetVision site is a poor one from an end user’s perspective. It is far below the quality that many now expect of an online betting operator, and as such its customer retention rates are likely very low.
The graphics are shoddy, it looks cheaply done and the design and layout are a million miles from intuitive.
It does have a live chat feature which is a big plus as is the fact that this is always one click away. Other forms of customer support at betvision include email (support@Betvision.com) and there’s a contact form on site too. For the more old-fashioned of customers there is also the option of contacting Betvision by post and the company address is as follows: BetVision.com, 2nd Floor Athol House, 21a – 23 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LB.
For banking options Betvision customers have some of the usual suspects including Visa, Mastercard, Neteller and Skrill but PayPal is not currently integrated as an option.
Load times are not great on the site but it does at least have a search bar to find specific markets.
The desktop sportsbook page is poorly designed and does not make for fun browsing nor an overall enjoyable experience. It has a Quick Picks section which is something, and the sports are all listed down the left hand side with a small icon too.
Conclusion
There is a lot Betvision needs to do if it is to compete long-term with other betting operators period for instance it needs to completely overhaul its site in terms of design and layout. Betvision offers a decent selection of sports betting markets and its live betting product is surprisingly good when compared to the rest of the site.
Betvision also needs to invest some money in marketing in terms of social media outreach and ensure that its site stays regularly updated too.
